building links from top countries

I am looking to build links from UK forums, however they won't allow me to register or approve into thir forums since am from Asia. I am looking to get only signature links without spamming.
I wanna want to know whether proxy works or not and which type should I use?

Another misleading statement. No, it's not. It can be, but most of the time it's not. I wonder how you figured this out.

Try To use VPN as i use okfreedom and i am quite happy to use it .You can also try cybergost .

Try Proxy or VPS. If you don't care about money, you should select VPN(It is faster than proxy). Else you select PROXY
