Can someone explain the millions of views??

Why these kids on youtube playing with toys or doing reviews on them getting millions of views. Could it be their buying views or using bots. I see alot of weird typing in the comment section like its kids typing or bots. Something is going on and these channels are making millions of these videos! Ive noticed its just this trend tho could it really be that easy if so lets all go buy toys and make our kids review them on youtube lol

Also, I believe YouTube actually has a whole kid-friendly videos app out now that kids absolutely love to use on their parents iPads, iPhones, etc. and these Toy Channels are definitely featured on the kid friendly app.

What i was thinking is they buy view to rank high fast in those keywords their using in the kid videos and then once their ranked on the first page on a highly searched keyword the organic views just roll in. Remember their are million of kids across the world wacthing youtube so i think thats the reason why their viewed so much.

I dont think so maybe some of the already big channels but not the new ones. It just would not make since because ive seen brand new channels reaching millions of views in the first weeks

As someone said before, millions of kids watching YouTube... From 1-3 years 99% of the kids gets addicted to these kind of videos, so they turn into a zombie and just click-watch-click-watch... while parents are doing their things It's easier to make the kids sit there than taking them out to the local park...

I like watching some pewds tho. His contents these days are better than his gaming era, he is funny and there memes everywhere but of course the target audience isn't for anyone.

Anyway I don't want to derail this thread, here is a great content from Ethan and Hila (one of my fav channels too) where they busted this Elsa X Spiderman shit going on YouTube. Basically, there is this channel that do pranks and then suddenly making some Elsa X spiderman shit, and they have 100m views for about 2-3 months. The problem is, it always get to trending page. I think youtube's algorithm is broke and people are exploiting this.

I can testify to the fact that kids love this kinda shit. I banned my daughter's from watching them.

I just couldn't understand why anyone would enjoy watching others play vs playing themselves either. They all 3 have iPads and iPod touch with Minecraft and all those other games yet they would sit there and stream those jackass YouTube videos to the TV.

Drove me fucking nuts. Banned them from that shit, threatened to take the iPads, they still sneak and watch that shit. The toy ones are the worst. Oh man don't get me started. But yeah kids obsess over these videos. No surprise they blow up with views.
