Ah, you're using the old 29% rule... that is still the current rule of thumb?
First off, before you go black hat using SAPE and 301redirect methods, you must learn the Whitehat stance on such things. Google has stated it doesn't like Daisy chains where 301s are concerned(there's videos on YouTube for this). Once you figure that out, test out a small number of Sale links in accordance of how many RD your domains have. You shouldn't go crazy with SAPE if you don't plan on using Web2.0 buffers
