Hello ..
i want to built a pbn network for building a high back link
i have a majestic seo and moz and ahrefs tools
and i have a list of expired domain
but the question is How do I know the domain is a good and is not spam
in another meaning
What are the criteria

I thin that there is metrics in moz like 1 to 5 for spam if it's more than 1 there is chance that this domain have penalized
besides, did you pay for this tools .. because i don't have any and it sucks ..

But i think spam score not Enough

- check it with archive dot org
- check registrars... i pick with only 1 registrar
- check backlinks
- check if is indexed in google

But What are the criteria
for good domain

good domain = some quality backlinks. For a quality PBN you need unique articles, unique hosting, unique design, unique whois... with 100$/per site you can start a quality PBN.. but to find good domains is not simple.. be careful because a lot of sites have spam links.. or content :)

You can test it this way. Buy the domain, upload wordpress, create a post and target one unrelated site. It can be any site. Check to see for what keyword does it ranks on the second page (use ahrefs or semrush), make sure that that it doesnt have any links with anchors for that keyword. Insert a link in the pbn post for that keyword. Wait a week to see if that unrelated site rank for that keywords goes up. If it does the pbn is good. Sorry if my explanations is a bit convoluted.

Check that the backlinks pointing at the domain are not from spammy sites, for example:

-From websites in different languages than the expired domain.
-Mainly forum signature or blog comment links.
-From penalized websites.
-Mainly keyword rich anchor text.

As other have said, check in archive.org and see if the site have been used to host a spammy site.
But those are just hints, not rules, you mainly have to use common sense.
