Australia has some and UK as well. All those High af students in UK wanna lose weight xD should give it a try. I am about to give it a try.
 
Oh, do you mean demographics? well you need to figure out yourself. If you target health niche, well this should be universal, as a disease can affect both genders, and it can occur at any age.

If you target gaming niche for instance, then expect male people between 18-34 to be mostly interested.

Re countries: USA, Canada, UK and Australia. These are tier 1 countries and here you're expecting at great conversion rates, but I'd recommend to start only with USA and Canada.

Then there are countries like germany, france and spain.
 
I get most sales from USA. Then 2nd place Australia, 3rd UK, 4th Canada, 5th New Zealand. I rarely get any sales from other countries.
 
Agree with @gman777 and @rolas_c . However, note that this is assuming you are targeting the english speaking market (promoting an english product)

If you are promoting foreign language products such as french, spanish or german, then the countries to target will be completely different of course.
