Facebook Account Disabled (group posting)

Hey guys..
im posting about 1 year the same stuff on facebook groups...

nowdays my accounts getting banned with this msg "Account Disabled"

never had that before????

does any1 of u have a idea why its happening now ?

( its happening always in the night !!!!! (europe time) )

Facebook now is very severe, dont waste time in facebook, go twitter or instagram

facebook is 100 times bigger than twitter and instagram together ( on posting ads and stuff)

Were you posting in groups without mixing in other activities like posting on your timeline, chatting now and then via their messenger system, commenting, liking and what not?

no but it is always in the night ...
@ the next day this will be working fine again untill the night ..

You need to be doing that other stuff or FB will see you are there just to market.
