The VPS services are alright.

I'm kind of disappointed though that I've been a customer with them for a year and when I asked for a month to get refunded (on the same day the payment was made automatically) because I forgot to cancel due to vacation, they wouldn't do so. I know that it's my mistake to not cancel in time, but if you want to retain long term clients it's not a good way to go about things in my opinion.

Have you ordered SSD or HDD? HDD is not instant, only SSD plans have an instant setup time.
