Question regarding Youtube SEO. Please Help!

Hi guyz, I really need your help. Please advice me and warn me if my action aren't legit in terms of youtube policy.

So, I made a new channel and put a video on it. I am using video exchange views sites like ytmonster, utubehits, like4like and many more. Guys, Please tell me if it is legit because I am pretty much sure it is not when comes to the website hits. Will my videos or channel get banned? WIll my videos be de-monetized?

Another thing, i would like to ask, I have also drive a couple of likes and comments for my video. Is it going to hep in building SEO rank for the keywords or the Youtube can find that it is just a hoax?
