I am using your Private Proxy this for last 6 month. First 2 Month was Really Good, Now I see this is almost unusable. Few Days Ago I requested to Changed my IP for slowing down & I got new one But this is more slower. Seems you are providing Shared IP in the name of Private IP. Speed Max 100kbps. I am just using this to Browsing Nothing Else. It can take 10min to load a page. I think you should fix this.
If, I want to Review your service in this stage: I just can say this is the Worst Private Proxy Service.

This is a joke? Why you paid 6 months if is the worst private proxy service? How can you say that we sell shared as private?
We are not stupid and we don't play with our customers. Please send me a private message with the email address you used for registration and I will check the problem.

If you are Good, you must asked me first about the issue & solve this, But you are staring with negative compliment and arguing why I am pay for this worst IP. I am here with the actual proof. This is not joke, I am also your Customer. I just use Private IP for Bing Ads Acc & Browsing some sites, this is not regular activity. I did not use it Regularly. 1st 2 month was really Good, After that, I just used it Once or Twice a Month. 1, 2 days is considerable in a month. From the Last Month I am using this Regularly & this is really slow, It takes 2/3 min to load a page. Some times it takes 10 min & load a Broken Page.
I requested to support to fix this, here is the answer from your support team:

A Private Proxy Can't Be So Slower, It should get dedicated speed. That's the reason I am Saying you are selling Shared Proxy as Private Proxy.

I really believe that you have a problem with your internet. We checked the speed of your first proxy and the proxy is working ok. Please check the photo.
We changed the proxy and again you told us that the speed is low but we checked again the speed of your proxy and we don't find any problem. Please check the photo.

The most obvious factor is your Internet speed to begin with, and the distance between your physical location and the location of our proxy server nodes. For example connecting from Bangladesh to our US server corresponds to some thousands of kilometers long trip, and therefore some speed loss is going to be inevitable. You changed my 1st Proxy that speed was 5.14 Mbps. Yesterday, You Provide me new one from another Location. It's Good, Thanks for the Service. I never said: I am sure you are selling shared proxy as private proxy, But I said "Seems you are providing Shared IP in the name of Private IP". Hope you understand the Meaning.
I must say, You are a service provider, If any customer complaint about your service, First you should try to solve his problem fast, not to stand for arguing, dominating. Also After solving problem, you reacted as like a Gambler. I am sure you know the Professionalism.
Whatever, I liked your Rapid Action for solving the issue. And that was the reason for posting all the things Publicly.
I am a real customer, who wants best service, against his money. Mentioned here, I am not here to ruin your reputation and business, I am here to get Best Service. And, now I am really happy with my present IP (104.168.54.132) Its working Good. Hope this will work every time.
