some sites that do not ask for verification and are pretty good are Global Test Market, InstaGC, iPoll, Opinion Outpost

Sorry not me set well in that writes some terms not accepted in the language English. If I work with this method since March this year, I started using vpn free and without much experience, at the moment I do not think a good way to get money since to have a profit of at least $20 a day you have to work on the computer about 7 or 8 hours, best to gather $ and invest.

there is no freaking way that a website can find out your "MAC address" without you letting the site know it. it means just visiting the site doesn't reveal your MAC address.
so there is no need for downloading that unknown app that you advertised

Well, then what makes or doesn't allow any site get to know about user's MAC address.Do they need any specific action to access my MAC or I need to allow or approve any action from my computer for the same.

To verify the phone there are websites on the internet free which serve as a USA mobile phone but I do not recommend them only serve with pages very low security, its use can lead to bans, another method is to pay for smart phone applications, these give you a number of USA cost of 1 $5 but I cannot speak about its effectiveness I have not tried them because I have a friend who helps me with this

Used work from 8 am to 5 pm and dependiendiendo of the day could generate 2$ to $10 then get to know how to get more money, but by that time I had months in polls, currently working I have left out, I'm looking for other methods.

that's happen because you use an address different from the country of the vpn.
so just search for a fake id that are in the vpn country.

Thanks man, the change of the address mac worked but only until a time certain, to them few days ended banned, has reason with the recommendation of the Random Agent Spoofer, there is that use programs and extensions created for avoid the filtration of data. Personally I have used Ghostery and me to gone quite well, it recommend, also plan to try the complement that your has mentioned, but apparently the use of these accessories generate some conflicts, I with the use of Ghostery have could enter in panels of surveys and works moderately well, but have problems to the time of redeem points in the panel Opinion Outpost , would like to know if have experience with this and if you could recommend me that do, have them points enough for ask a Gift Card of $5 but not is me allows request the payment, due to a "error" would that I recommend do?
