clickbank what do these stats mean ?

Ok so I haven't logged in to clickbank in a while but recently just discovered a section with actual money stats that go above $0 haha.

So what does this mean ?

I'm bored, so here's a cut and paste from Clickbank:

"Customer Distribution Requirement

ClickBank will withhold payment of any balance until an account shows a minimum of 5 sales using at least two of the following payment methods:

• American Express
• Carte Bleue
• Diners Club
• Discover
• ELV (European Direct Debit)
• JCB
• Maestro
• MasterCard
• PayPal
• Visa

This requirement is in place to help prevent Affiliates from abusing the ClickBank Affiliate program by using their accounts for the sole purpose of fraudulently collecting rebates and/or discounts on their own purchases.

Once you have met the Customer Distribution Requirement, your account will begin issuing payments normally, in accordance with our Accounting Policy, beginning on the next payment issuing date."

And here's why they've actually been taking your earnings from your account:

DORMANT ACCOUNTS
Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings. It is your responsibility to manage your account to prevent dormant fees. ClickBank will not notify you when your account is dormant.



So basically you didn't make enough sales within their allotted timeframe, with enough of a variety of payment methods, so you are out that bit of cash you actually made. Sucks, but it is what it is.

It looks like you have made some sales in the past but since you didn't fill the CDR (5 sales), Clickbank started to take the money from your account. Sorry man, I know this sucks.

Despite making sales regularly, the top pic is the same for me. No idea why it doesn't update, haven't been bothered to follow it up with CB.

The bottom pic just shows amounts credited to your account and associated deductions made by CB. I forget what the minimum 'pay-out' is, but you should try and stop it as you're just losing money you've made.

I might be wrong, but it looks like he is back to zero, so there is nothing else he can do. Just make a couple of more sales until CB lifts the CDR.

Yes, you're absolutely right, that money is long-gone now, but in the future it pays to be aware of your balance so you don't lose money unnecessarily.

Also, OP if you are just a couple of sales short, find a very cheap product and let some of your buddies buy it through your link, this way you will reach your CDR. Or, promote products that offer an upsell, if someone buys something extra, it will count as a sale.

After reading post : oooooh so I did make sales but since I havent logged in my account in a while that means its dornant which also means that I owe clickbank 1$ for every dormant day

$1 × possibly a 100 days = $100 .

Sales money = I have no idea

Its ok . This is on me. Honestly though I never saw anything representing a sale on my dashboard so I kinda gave up in clickbank at the time. Lol I know I sho

ld have read the tos and everything but a reminder email wiuldve been nice

No I completely gave up after seeing about 30 $0 stats every day . Had no idea it was a clickbank bug. But im good cause I have a few ideas im working on at the moment. I think they involve amazon or resell rights products.
