I have been a victim of a fake negative 1 star review attack on my amazon seller's account .
All unverified , accounts that have only 1 review in them and pretty much have the same wishlist .
And for the crown jewel , they were all copy pasted from guess who ? My main competitor's actual verified negative 1 star reviews .
Last 3 had changed 2-3 words in the review , but still extremely noticeable .
How did I find that it was copied ? before I entered the market I read the negative reviews on my competitors product to find out what can I solve and improve on mine .
And I remembered one review specifically that suddenly appeared on my product .
I have reported all of this to amazon , they are so slow that meanwhile my sales have been cut in half .
What do you think ? could a competitor be that stupid to do such a thing and copy his own reviews ?
Or maybe is it someone playing both of us ? it is a very small niche and me an him are basically the only one's who are making sales so im not sure .
Im a tired of waiting for amazon and their slow responses , does anyone have an idea on how to find a connection between this competitor and the fake reviews besides that it was copied from his product ?
