what is the format of the proxy? are they in IPORT? and are all websites allowed?

private means they are not public.
shared means they are not dedicated, but shared between customers
format is IP : PORT
i didn't try to connect all websites at all, but facebook and all social nets work great for me. You can PM which website do you want to use and we will chek it.

what happens if the other clients are "WAY TOO " aggressive on facebook... and a new client comes in and get that same proxy the other guy use?

We run more than 10k proxies and only have few clients. As we use same proxies for ourselfs we don't want to ruin it by giving proxies in the wrong hands. Our proxy clients mostly are people who are using our FB SYSTEM PRO, so we know what's going on with proxies. Also we don't allow porn and malware spam from proxies.

We replace money for undelivered/not working items immediately or replace these items.
