Placed a order on 2nd September and today i asked for update on order and OP said he has not received the order details
I sent him order details through order form attachment and email too and he said he has not received attachment nor email .
After a long chat he still not accepts about his order system and blames me that i have not sent him order details .
What a shitty support this dude is giving . Not gonna use him again
Edit : He sent me refund already but wasted the time

Thank you for taking your time out and replying about the order. Please, be noted, I was not dealing with one guy. I was dealing with two guys, one who makes the payment, while the other who wanted the content done. One of them says order made and payment sent. As they were 2 different people, with 2 different names. I did not know who is who until the order was confirmed. I emailed the person from where the order was sent asking for details. 5 days Later he comes up asking for where is my content. IF there was a file attached or instructions added in the checkout, the customer receives an email containing details about an order, which one could see and confirm that all the details were present.
After 5 days of no hearing back, I get bashed around for not delivering content on the promised TAT. I didn't receive details so I couldn't deliver anything. Without wasting more of your time, I sent you the refund asap.
Sorry for wasting 5 days of yours, by not receiving details sent by you.
I showed you the proof of email sent . I also attached the order instructions file along with order form .
If you are not receiving my details then its your system fault , not mine !
My only issue is there is some bug in your order form and you should accept it , that's all

Can you please send me a proof of the instruction file which was attached? I have yet to see that.
There were several orders after you, each of them got their instructions either attached or in the notes section as mentioned.
I would like to know where is the fault in my system so I can fix it.

There is no proof of that as its not possible . Or if i know that is gonna happen i would have a screenshot saved .
What about the email i sent with order info ? You want me to attach a screenshot here or in PM ?

I already showed you no such email received, neither was it in spam / junk nor was it received.
My email not went smooth , my attachment not went smooth . Cool story BRO !
