Stucked in Google 2ND page. Need a fixer

Hi, I need someone who can look into my blog, been having issues for some time and been unable to trace or detect the problem.

I am stucked in page 2,3 of search despite having good DA and PA

I will appreciate any tips, help or offer.

Edit: used to be in page 1 for most keyword but it's no longer the case.
