AbeloHost originally had great support (before ordering). The hosting was quick and the transfer was easy. However, their BHW account promised my client that the email addresses and emails would be transferred as well. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and my client lost all the emails. Oh well...
Now the cPanel is down. We've been trying to contact their support through opening ticket about being unable to access cPanel but all we got was "we flag logins who keep on putting in the wrong password but your IP isn't banned" (paraphrased it). How is that response helping at all? You didn't offer any solution nor telling us why we can't access any of our emails nor the cpanel you gave us.
Oh well, I guess we have to wait for another day until this is resolved.

Hi ConsultJoseph,
Could you tell me the # of the ticket? I'll look at it personally and make sure it is resolved. We didn't have a network issue, but it's true that upon many wrong passwords entries, we block access to avoid any security breaches. We are very strict when it comes to this.

That's the operating system you can choose. Standard CentOS 6.5 should work well for if you want to host websites.
im planning to make a streaming sites. i dont know what to choose centos 6.8 or 7.2 im getting your abelohost.

Can I use your servers for ports scanning? I have some russian guys soft for Tunells scanning, they just looks for open servers to use them for tunelling and using it as proxy servers - do you allow this and you wont close the server for outgoing connections? Also do you offer servers with windows already ready or I need to do this by myself?

Yeah, you can us it for port scanning only there is an additional 25EUR fee for that.
As for Windows, you will have to install it yourself, using a virtual box for example.

I want to stream my own movies via VPS. Are you suitted for me? And if yes, what would be a nice set-up?
I want to be able to make a calculation on how many VPS'es i need. I'm pretty sure that i wouldn't be able to run 1000 video's on one VPS.
One video will take up a average of 750MB harddisk space. Streaming the video will use about 750MB of bandwidth.
What would be a nice set-up?
Am i correct saying that a SATA KVM VPS - Enterprise pack will be able to:
Have about 260 video's
Stream all these video's unlimited?
Or is there any bandwith limit?
Lets say my website has 10K unique visitors a day and all visitors watch one movie on that VPS. That means 6.5TB on bandwidth a day! Is that a possibility? This probably will never happen but it is a fair case if the project would run amazing.
Well if everything in this calculation is correct i should be able to get 10 different VPS for 2600 movies right.?
