I know your frustrations guys but we can give estimates since what we are doing right now is adjusting the settings then test if it fails adjust again then test. It is a trial and error when fixing the views. Don't worry all the videos that got hit by views drops will be refilled.

All views that are selling on this forum is not monetizable as they are only artificial to use on ranking and to make your videos look good. If you want monetizable views then you can purchase those on adwords (youtube advertisement) which is waaaaaaayyy toooooo expensive like $10/ 400-600 US views with no guarantee of retention.
