Scammed by Tommy2.0 for $60

Hi.. The person name is Tommy, he scammed me for $60.

He given me a work of 600 articles translations for one day.
I had done 600 articles translated worked for him and send the email with delivery and when the time of payment comes he told me that he had some issues in his internet connection and he suddenly gone and didn't Pay me anything for that. I had already delivered completed work. He didn't replied me and offline on skype from last 4-5 hours. But he is showing online here couple of times, viewing threads etc and i also had PM & Email him 4-5 msgs, but he didn't given any reply. His thread is also closed by Moderator due to some violations.
Banned him immediately!

But how does this shitllist solve the problem?

Even if he is banned by moderator, he is still going to open a new Acct, after all he is a newbie
