Scammed by happygamer21 for $100

Hello.. The person name is Mark, he scammed me for $100.

He needs a Rackspace account with verification and approval..
And when the account is fully active and approved, then i asked a Payment for him before giving the login details of account.. but he told me that he will provide the payment instantly when i give him the login credentials., otherwise he will close the deal and as i had made effort for 2 days to make an account for him.. so i decided to provide the details so i can get the payment.

and when i provide the login details, he immediately changed everything and told me that he sent the payment, but i didn't get anything and then he didn't replied me once on skype.. he scammed me and disappear.

Note: I called to Rackspace support staff and requested them to Closed the account so no one can used it or not him also.
