I'm looking to understand what all of this is about.

I need to get a VPS for Followliker as they are just constantly banning everything I do on my IP

Is that how it works?

They can ban another vps are u using proxies?

if you run to many accounts without proxies they will ban you on a vps too

well maybe its the proxy source getting you banned?
