I am thinking about buying this website on Flippa. I have never bought a site on Flippa before, though. How does it look?

Those sites are just built to rip off noobs. Fake traffic and possibly fake adsense reports. Once the site is sold the traffic dries up or the adsense account is banned.

The guy had at least 2 other similar sites:

If you like the site then it might be worth buying for under $100. But ignore the traffic and adsense earnings because they are likely to be unreliable.
For $100 you are just getting a ready made site with some content so it can be useful as a foundation but isn't worth any more than that.
If you use Wordpress, you could create a similar site in a day, all the guy is using is this theme: http://themegrill.com/themes/colormag/
