Need Help Finding Proxies

Hello I am trying to find somewhere trust worthy to get proxies that provide the following:

• Virgin Dedicated IPs
• Multiple Cities
• Multiple Subnets
• Monthly Randomize
• Non Sequential IPs
• 100 Threads / Proxy
• 1 Gbps Speeds
• Non Blacklisted
• US/Canada Based

I have tried several different services on BHW in the proxy section but not got the results I want. The closest for what I found was SSLPrivateProxies, but I noticed that some of the IPs would show up as Hong Kong which ruined it, I also noticed thety were not virgin IPs. Can someone point me in the right way to get some awesome proxies like I seek for Signing up for sites that are US based.

I have been using Squid proxies for a long time now, not the cheapest but can't really complain.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I have tried them , I had a few issues with them:

They do not do authentication through Username/Pass. I need this.
Also I cannot specify areas for the IPs which I also need to be able to do.
