I can't remember since i did this method when unlisted method is still working. But as far a i remembered when i hit $1,800+ in a day my views was at 300-400k

1. ads text (small banner)
2. ads visual
3. ads big banner (on the right side)

i afraid if i add fake ads, and the real ads (visual) show up..
my visitor will report my video..

and my adsense will banned.

You guys just have to do some trial and error just like what i did when i'm still doing this method. I can't tell you what works for you or not, as i said on my earlier posts that i only tested the redirect on CPA, Linkbucks, and Adfly.
