Is there an online application (or method) that can "fetch" a video from a YouTube URL and then directly upload it to your YouTube channel, without downloading it to your PC?

There's a bot not a method

Is it a bot that works on PC?? I'm looking for an online application to avoid slowing down my internet bandwidth.

It dont work that way

Your need two apps.

One to convert cut and edit the video then upload it agin.

If it not done that way it seen as duplicate content .

Please goto a trusted user to see his applications, very well known user vlad.

the only way i know how to do it is by using keepvid, download video and then repost it - Copyright issues though and you could get into trouble

That procedure is necessary if you upload the same file more than once... but not if you download from YouTube and re-upload. I've done it many times: if you use keepvid or some desktop software such as digiarty you can download and then re-upload without re-encoding.

but now I would like to do it entirely on the cloud.

you will need rent server.. install youtube grabber script.. process with ffmeg to convert edit, cut or add watermark.. and then push to youtube..

We should find the tools to download the file from YouTube to Google Drive or Dropbox and then back to YouTube.

Easily done with a Macro + Windows VPS

I'm not able to use macros. But I've found a solution for my needs: using syncfile to download videos to Google drive, then from Google drive to YouTube. That way my bandwith is all available for other tasks.
