Supplier/Agent from China?

Please I need a genuine supplier that I can be buying good shoes (dress shoes) and all other stuff from in China or anybody that work as an agent and he is based in China who could help in getting the goods and ship down to me. Anybody please? I plan to be buying in smaller quantity at first with good quality at lowest price possible so as to be able to make my profit.

Alibaba is good, but the issue is their prices are quoted in dollars and presently the equivalent of 1USD to NGN (Nigerian Naira) is 400NGN. While 1USD to CNY is about 7CNY, and 1CNY = 59NGN. I use NGN, so if i can get someone in China buying directly for me will be very ok for me. The goods are relatively cheap for the locals over there.
