I don't have any issues with engagement either. I am consistently growing at a rate of about 200-500 followers depending on the time of day I do my posting. (This is for one account btw). I would recommend either turning your page into a "business" page or using a service like onlupult to see the time of day your followers are most active on IG. Not just active for you, but on Instagram as well. My engagement rate has also been consistently increasing. Comments are increasing by about 10-15 per post, and likes are steadily going up each week by a few hundred. Video views are doing VERY well for me as well. Usually get around 50-60k views on videos when I only have 37k followers. You need to change up your tactics a bit depending on your niche, you've gotta think about events and issues that pertain to your niche, maybe a mindset change with your followers which means they're on at different times of the day now.

lol. as I posted before, my engagment als dropped for like the last week. but yesterday I hit two posts with an engagment from around ~22%. 
My normal engagment is around ~16%, so since yesterday I recieved a really heavy growth.. Crazy

This is most probably true, and I stopped botting as well.
By the way, IG is still the same, engagement going up/down as usual. I've seen so many threads like this during the past few years, and the Funny thing is that it's still all almost the same, no significant critical changes.

I would kill for that engangement. Mine is around 2%. Posting 3 times a day. Are you asking questions to your followers in your posts so they have a reason to comment?
