I would like a refund please. Great reviews from this service but to me the guys that run your email support are rude.

I ordered sat and got an email on tues - no intro or anything, just asking for more money. I nearly deleted it as spam.

Then another short reply back when I queried it.

I read the OP 3 times and the order form 3 times and I can't find any reference to paying for the fees etc. Of course that makes sense BUT don't expect me to know that as the buyer. Anyway, it's delayed things too much for me and so I would like a refund.
