Recent YT Update - Who can provide working HR Views atm?

since the latest YT update (5-6 days ago?) all my HR Views providers are not able to provide any working views at the moment... is there a service which will work right now 100%?

They are pretty pricey compared to the ones I used prior this YT update.. and they were good quality ones, managed to rank videos for competetive keywords with them almost all the time..
