SEO Link Building Question - Is It Good SEO or Negative?

I am looking for link building services recently. I see some Tier1 link building service as following:

We will create one unique article
10 web2.0 submission
10 article submission
10 press release
10 PDF sharing
etc. ​

The service will use 1 article for all submission (web2.0, article, press release, and pdf sharing).

Is this a good SEO?
How does Google see so many duplicate contents pointing to the money site?

You should look into a full package vs. bits and pieces if you don't really know what you are doing bud.

Yeah...1 article then spun it like zillion times. Not recommended in so many ways...

Either way, just provide them your own unique article per submission. I know it sounds a lot but that way you can maintain the quality of your tier 1.

It's not even one article spun many times. It's exact the same article for all submissions. What I don't understand is why such service gets 99% positive reviews. Any idea?

Are you sure it's not spun articles ?

They don't spin an article many times and use different articles for each submission.
They just spin the article once and use the same spun article for all the submissions, web2.0, article submission, press release, pdf sharing, etc. Just one article.

The service seems to be pretty useless. All the links in themselves are shitty and the same content for all of them made them shittier.
Duplicate content is not what you want for all your links.

Look for a service that provides strong links (PBNS, Blogpost) with unique articles. If you are still inclined towards web2.0's and pdf sharing links, make sure you build shot loads to tier 2 to them.
