Scammed by casperwww for $12

Hi there,
I agreed to write 2 articles x 200 words each for @casperwww without upfront payment
I delivered both articles today to the client and he refuses to pay what he owes me

Actually, according to the chat above, the OP gave you the articles before payment as per the terms of your agreement. There was some discussion but ultimately the contract was fulfilled as agreed.

he/she gave me articles before i pay but before he/she send it to me i told him/her don't send them and keep them for you, by saying need upfront she/he is ready have the ability to make further problem, and i told him don't send them and back on my offer why he/she sent it !!!

If you wanted to not receive the articles after I put my work on them, you could have just paid the $12 amount and I would keep the articles to myself

You said you would pay after he sent them but got miffed when he asked for payment first but he sent them before payment as per your arrangement.

You did not even review the articles to see if they were good or bad, you just said you no longer wanted them because the OP asked for the payment up front. That's bad business and just plain not cool. You actually broke the contract, not @ZionIce; he help up his part of the arrangement by writing and sending the articles before payment.

Please post the Skype chat or order with the original order or agreement. Delete the article titles or request so that the client's niche is not revealed.

@casperwww - you ordered the content, the OP delivered the content (over delivered as there are more than 200 words in each article) via Skype before payment as was the arrangement. I reviewed the content and it is reasonable and acceptable.

You owe the OP 12.00.

We are not going to drag this out; pay him inside of 24 hours via paypal as per your arrangement.
