[Newbie Question] Manual Following Method

Hi guys,

I've been lurking for quite some time and I registered a couple of days ago, so this is my first post.

I started two Instagram accounts through e-mails which got banned pretty quick after around 100 follows spread out over 4 hours (maybe I was a bit too aggressive). However, I started a new one this time and went with a phone registration instead. So my question is: Does phone registered accounts allow for an even more aggressive follow/unfollow method than e-mail registered ones?

I don't dare to follow more than 50 per 24 hours to get banned again.

Note that this is a brand new account with my own cell phone number, that I'm experimenting with to grow as big as possible.

My method has a 40-45% followback ratio on a brand new account, so a faster follow rate would be benefit my account tremendously and make it go faster.

i follow as many as possible till i get a follow ban(it only lasts 24 hours) same with unfollowing, got 1,2k followers in 11 days so progress is slow due to the 24 hour follow bans

But the thing is, my other 2 accounts that got banned (although, they were e-mail registered and not phone) doesn't exist anymore. They got deleted. But I'm guessing you get that temporary ban if you have phone verified it? How many did you follow the first and second day, each day?

My email isnt verified, i still see the notification to verify my email... but when i click it nothing happens, still havent received an email from instagram, i created the account on my laptop
I follow +/- 1000 people after every ban
