So i've tries this method and people are asking to see my previous reviews that i've posted so that they can review my services but i havent done it before(obviously) and i dont know what to do. Tell them that i just started and get rejected straight away or idk make some random reviews and just home the person i'm talking to doesnt contact the owner of the item i did fake reviews on.

After i start reviewing items this won't be a problem but as of now i do not know what to do

Thanks for your backstory, and I can definitely see how this could get you free stuff, and possibly be a profit center. Obviously if you sell stuff you get for free it is tremendous markup.

For the first time just review some products already for sale on Amazon. You don't have to have bought it/ have it, but it helps.

Yeah it was good money, but I was doing it a bit inefficiently. Hiring a VA or something could make it a whole lot more profitable.

Few tips

a. You are not supposed to sell items, that you got for review - Make it less obvious if you plan to sell
b. Dont' do lot of reviews each day, you will not progress in your ranking for sure!
c. Don't review for same seller continuously, try to slot in at least 3-4 reviews before doing review for same seller
d. Use clever and logical methods to get reviews to top of the page and not by down voting other reviewers.
e. If you have no review history, buy something from Amazon, even if it's slightly expensive - do an extensive review with pictures or video and that will be the proof on what you can do (don't copy others)

Good guide, here are some tips I have:

a. I use a family member's ebay account who lives at the other side of the country to sell stuff, often mentioning in the listing thread it was an unwanted gift from a relative.
b. I tend to do no more than two a week.
c. Usually, I never review a seller more than 2 times, unless I love their products, or I use another account.
d. Get friends/ family to comment on your reviews and say they were helpful. Don't leave a footprint though (Remove the referral link from amazon's url (ref=pdp_new_dp_review) and instead, going from the Search.
e. My account is personal so has hundreds of orders anyway.

Then think outside the box. Make yourself stand out from the crowd! Work on your email a lot and find products that people wouldn't think of. Stick at it though, it'll pay off


Update:

Those of you who follow the Amazon scene will have heard about the new updates to the review system. People caught reviewing items in exchange for money could lose their accounts and even banned, HOWEVER, for the next few months at least, there is a simple way around it. All you have to do is either pay for the product with your own money and get the seller to pay you back afterward, or get the seller to pay you beforehand.

This way Amazon sees you as an actual seller, as opposed to someone claiming a free voucher code.

I guess we will have to see how Amazon's Vine thingy works, but I'll update here again if I find a way around that when it comes to it.

I've been building a new Computer with parts I got for Christmas. I messaged a few companies asking for certain components that I was missing/ wanted more of and so far I've had two replies, both giving me 100% discount codes for their items. I have also had numerous people from BHW adding me on Skype willing to pay for the review + product, which is great.

My current review ranking has increased to 10,000 due to me not posting any reviews recently (Until now). I'm hopefully going to get it down to #5,000 after I receive this batch of products and then I'll approach some bigger companies.

Tl;Dr -This method is very much still alive. Amazon's announcement that they will be prosecuting reviewers hasn't had much of an effect. I still inform people that I received the product "at a discounted price" and if I do any paid reviews, I always use a second account that's not linked to me.

I used to do something similar when I lived in a large city, I would go to restaurants and tell them about my food blog. Get a free meal for my friends and myself.
