I'm not using my bot accounts to delivery likes. I know some of my users in back-end system are using their 2nd accounts for likes my requested posts, so i usually delivery likes more than ordered number to make sure you will have 99% real likes.

No, i'm not using access token for like delivery. At the moment, i provide only POST likes on Fanpage, Profile. It works with Notes and Albums too.

Unfortunately i do not provide fanpage likes at the moment. I provide only POST likes on Fanpage or Profile.

It depends on your caimpain, your page. You should not delivery too much post likes for new page, increase it day by day. If you want to drive traffic to your site, use clickable photo.
