Scammed by SERP

I hired SERP to write an article for me about why Donald Trump would be a great president. He did but was 2 weeks late and wrote about the wrong topic. When I told him I can't pay him for it, he tried to create a shit list against me. Despite the fact he delivered 2 weeks too late a completely wrong service.

Unfortunately I only have a part of our skype conversation history:

I think it is absolutely the right decision. I have waited now for over 2 months giving this guy more than enough chances. He already told me 3 weeks ago that he would refund me 'today'.

It seems like he has no empathy at all, and thinks that he is a very special snowflake.

my bad, SERP already got paid before deliviring (didnt notice that at begining), yeah permaban is well deserved for any kind of scam, my lack of sleep is killing me, sry BTB.

the sad part is that you kept waiting him for 2 months? and you were still hoping to get it done, glad its only the price of a burger.
