Im in a bad situation

So, I have a quite old US Paypal and has no sending/receiving limits and its not verified. Recently I add a payoneer bank and I verified it, but now paypal removed it again. So I'm unverified again. Its not bothering, but its a hassle when I'm trying to currency exchange it. So basically I made a new EU Paypal and I'm trying to verify it with VCC. So far no one sells it for Paypal. See that?
I cant buy bitcoins cause my Paypal is not verified. I cant verify it cause I cant get VCC with paypal. I cant pay people with BTC cause I don't have my paypal verified so I'm unable to buy btc with it. Its comic. An infinite loop.
What am asking is there someone that actually offers VCC that I can pay with paypal?

Ppl that sell btc wont accept payment from unverified paypals. Is that what you are trying to ask?
 
anonymous To the person you do business with not anonymous with the service you buy them with.

Get it

Once you buy them , then your free to use and spend them anywhere anonymously

I don't care about anonymity lol, I'm not doing anything illegal. I just need Btc.
 
What OP is trying to say is that he's stuck in a loop. To buy a PayPal verification he needs BTC, but to buy BTC he needs verification... Look into PayPal services here in the Market, everyone should accept PayPal $.
 
If you don't need anonymity, go to a brick-and-mortar bank near you and get a credit or debit card. Why is that not an option?

I have a credit card, but I have paypal in another country. My country doesn't have paypal.
 
And there is no place online where you can buy coins with a credit card?
 
I have a vcc. I could make a PayPal and still it to you
