Linklure had more of an emphasis on consistent drip feeding and link source variation. Linkpushing has those elements but not to the same degree. Originally LP was massively successful with high power web 2.0 links in a tiered environment. It's perfect for both, you have the option to build links slowly for new sites and accelerated for established sites
