How to set up Maximum Price on Ecommerce Site?

I am planning to launch an online marketplace for physical goods by using wordpress, woocommerce and woo vendors. Haven't bought the theme just yet. This ecommerce field is new to me. I am trying my best to learn about it as much as I can. There is just one problem. Not a single tutorial talks about how to set up a maximum price for all the items site wide.

I will be having vendors selling stuffs through my marketplace. I don't want them to charge customers over a specific dollar amount. How do I go about doing this? Is there any tool that comes with the marketplace theme for it or do I have to make a few changes in wordpress/woocommerce scripts? I know fiverr clone has payment pack. But outsourcing of jobs is not my niche.

My goal is to give the sellers the freedom to set up their own prices, but they should not cross a specific amount.

What you're requesting is a custom feature not already a part of Product Vendors plugin.

A competent developer should be able to set that up for you, for a price of course.
