Trying and Failing to Create Annonymous Netspend Account

Greetings friends. My request for today is just as it reads in the subject line: I am failing to create an annonymous netspend account. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. My purpose is to add the account to either a fake paypal or skrill account. Apparently, you only have to mess up once on registering for a netspend before having to purchase another card and it's really frustrating. I even tried with a western union netspend and unsurprisingly got the same results. The second time, I tried using a different phone number got the same failure: they keep asking me to send them photo ID and all this shit. So for the third time, I hope it's the lucky charm but I need your help. Here, I'll try to explain more:

This method to me is the big moby dick and I feel like the poor sea captain that can never catch it. When I tried to activate the first netspend card, I made sure that the fake name I was using matched with an actual guy with the same name who had the the address I entered in. And then I used the fake social ---> 766-05-0571. I got all that fake information from the name generator. It was no dice. Card was instantly denied and even calling them from the phone number(which I tried to make sure matched with the area that the fake name was in using a prepaid phone behind a google voice #) yielded no results as I was given very little information on why it was denied and told I could only use it as a gift card unless I wanted to send in my ID and a bunch of other irrelevant shit that I obviously couldn't provide. So now I'm back to square one. I was originally using hotspot vpn when I was doing this, but I found one called hide.me vpn that I liked a lot better and wish to try the full version, but can't even do that because the so-called "gift card" can't even be used for it because why not since everything else has been going downhill and wrong ever since this shitfest started right?

Somebody please help me come up with that magical and instant 3rd lucky charm that I always read about in books and see in movies. I cannot find it anywhere. :/

Also as a side note, I was trying to apply for the netspend on their website.

Netspend is a bank (Metabank), you have to send them legit documents to get an account there that is going to last more than 30 days.

I'm not sure if this is still the case but you used to be able to get a card from a store or check cashing place and use it for 30 days and, I believe as much as 350.00, without any ID. It's been ages since I played that game so the rules may have changed.

You can still do this, actually. If you buy it in a store they are not going to ask for your ID. They just activate it and allow you to put money on it. I did it just last week. I used the balance to buy porn.

Interesting that it still flies... I used it years ago to post ads on a popular classifieds advertising site and would spend 100.00 - 125.00 a week with the cards to market.

At least in my area, they don't ask for an ID. Also, I bought mine at Walmart, the land of "We don't care just spend your money here." The cards cost like...$5-8 I think. I know you can get them at Walgreen's and supermarket chains too. I think Dollar General also sells them. But I've never had someone ask me for an ID when buying one.

I did not know that they were that mainstream; I used to go to a local check cashing place that had them.

Yeah, they're all over down here. But we have a lot of "unbanked" people. I'd estimate at least 60% of the population in this area do not have a bank account. They still take their checks to check cashing places to get their money. So Netspend is making a killing down here. There's been plenty of times I've gone to get a card at a store and they were completely out.

Gift cards, right? Your name isn't attached to the card either, I'm guessing? I'm curious if those cards would work to buy other things online, such as hosting and domains.

BassTrackerBoats is right in that any card attached to a bank requires ID/social,etc. Basically everything you have to give to a bank to open an account by law.

No, not gift cards. Preloaded spending cards. Prepaid debit cards. I promise you they never ask me for any information when I buy those stupid things. That's why I still buy them.

Knowing that they're supposed to makes me wonder how they bypass that in the system.

Edit: Went to check the package that my card came in. Apparently there's a limit on what you can spend on them. If you want the limit lifted you have to fill out this form that comes with it and mail it off. They ask for your info, etc. Or you get online and "activate" the card by putting in your information and card number.

I never noticed this because I always use them for a specific purpose, then throw them away. And I have never used them online.

The instructions say you have to send in your info within 30 days or the card will expire. I use them within 7 days.

That is what I used to do; go out on a Friday afternoon and buy what I needed for the next week. Come Monday and Tuesday they were done.

I never once sent in my info in the 2+ years I played that game due to the 30 day "grace" period.
