We are not a gateway so our merchants use third-party gateways. Most of our merchants use SALT Gateway. Some merchants use NMI. On the list, I don't know what list you are talking about.

All of our merchants use US payment gateways. Who does the payout depends on which bank we are using. One important note for people who are wary of offshore processing, we have been running this exclusive solution for almost two years and everyone has always been paid on time AND everyone has always gotten their reserves back. It is a 10% rolling reserve, so in month 7, merchants automatically start seeing the 6-month old reserves credited back to them on every settlement statement.

I see how that is confusing: It depends on the bank because we do it for some bank solutions, but not for other bank solutions.

There is nothing confusing here, the point is that you have access to the merchant's money, have been seen many times in the past how this ends. Are you licensed for financial service to do so or is this not required in your country?

Yes, that is a risk. The difference between us and everyone else though is that 100% of merchants using our exclusive offshore solution have gotten 100% of their money, they've gotten on time, and they've gotten 100% of their reserves back. We have a two-year track record to prove it. If merchants are still uncomfortable with us, even with this perfect track record, they shouldn't use us.

Any merchant that consider your solution is running a huge risk that you are not there tomorrow, leaving 1000nd of merchants unpaid while you are counting the money somewhere.

2 years in this business is nothing and exact where all the troubles start, just see the past! Merchant providers like you are getting smarter and using lot's of methods to look legit and hiding behind several websites at a time. I don't say it apply in your case. But for sure I would never touch a company like yours just because you have your hands on my money as an uregulated and illegal operation.

I'm sure this is also not a direct relationship you have with the Acquiring bank but there is some middle man that pay you so you pay the merchants, there is no Acquiring bank in this world any longer that will allow that unless you are regulated and hold a financial license. There are huge requirements to get allowed this!

Yes, we definitely know about the huge requirements. Why don't you just come to our office? You don't even need an appointment. We're in the office five days a week. You can see that we are real, and you can see the two manufacturing businesses we also run out of our 120,000 square feet. We welcome you.

Yes yes, I have read it all before, seen it, traveled the world around just to finally come back to 1 conclusion, stick with direct merchant accounts and with payment gateways that don't have their hands on your money, if you don't, sooner or later this is going terrible wrong!!

So you are also into other business activity which means the MAP business is not your core business! And you are that big a company so you are posting on forums not relevant to your business area? and you don't answer questions straight to the point? If you are that big and have 2 other manufacturing businesses then I don't know how you can do High Risk payment processing, it must hurt your image of these two other businesses!

People take care, and if you do business with this guy, don't put all you volume through him, I would only process say 500 EURO a months with this guy for a looong time at leat 1 year and see if the payments are coming on time every time.

So I would love to hear from anyone the 14 of July 2017 that has processed with this guy from today and until then!
