Recently I did a guest post for a reputed website in my industry, they really liked my write up and gave offer to become paid writer for them and they are offering me to write for them for 20$/Article. Does that sounds right or should I charge more?
It depends very much on the quality of the article, the blog and if the articles with links stick. $20 per article is a good price if it's SEO articles they usually go for $3

I believe you have answered your question. Not all people can get gigs like these. Once you have proven that you're good at what you do, you can then ask for a raise or gain the experience you learn to get other gigs elsewhere.
If what you have been offered is OK for you, take it and try to build on this opportunity building on your reputation, so you can get more gigs like that.
It sounds like a good start if this is something you want to get into. I charge a fair bit more than $20 per article but when I was starting I would be very pleased with $20 indeed. It would be a great way to start getting your name (your brand?) in front of people. Assuming you're getting byline of course.
I think $20 per article is a good price. You can start to write with that price and get more opportunities like this to improve your earnings. Good luck dude.
That is good amount of money I can say for a start. I will urge you to always improve your quality of work and also seek for increment. Article writing is all about quality and understanding. You can even get paid $100 for a single article. Just be smart always and make sure that you create relationships with the client that will take yo to greater places. Treat them in the best manner as they will be a source of income for you.
Yes, They offer you the best 20$/article usually a writer earn $5/article. Simple payment depends upon the quality of the content. Content would be fresh, updated ,new and quality rich.
I charge $100 per article minimum. Guest posts are at least $200 because the client usually wants to put their best foot forward. That requires extra research on my part, which means more work. That's not a $100 job.
That's a pretty good price. I guess it depends on how long the article is, and how much research is needed per article. If they're asking you to write 3000 words on the ramifications of the Franco-Prussian wars, that might not be worth it.
