Ofcourse it will not remain as you know competition on youtube is changing, so you need to add views constantly to retain the ranking.

I can see a problem with the auto renew from just me trying to do it manually not matter how you look at it, you will be waiting for youtubes api to update before you can restart another order so there will always be 3-5 hours gaps between orders. is there anyway you could set up a 7 day option so set the minimum to like 30k or something and that order takes 7 days to complete and charge for the 7 day option I think this will work allot better and gives the customer allot of control over the amount of views they receive.

About your yt subs questions - Youtube only deleted the "dead accounts" meaning yt accounts that haven't logged in for a very long time. Even youtubers got this deletion such as pewdiepie, i think this is not an update and it is just a scheduled clean up like they did last year so no need to worry about it.
