7K Google index after 1 day old domain

When searching on Google I found one website had 7,2K spam index. It auto have a title and meta with full keywords. When I click on link it redirect me to an aff link. I had check whois domain and I was shocked. It it just 1 day old domain name. (reg on 2016-07-02)
How can thay do that ? Is that spamdexing ?
