Hi, I've already contacted you by email, but I was wondering if I could get help quicker here regarding cpalead. I love the site, the interface and the fact that I can limit the link lock with just downloading an app. This way I don't make my fanbase angry. My problem is now that everything is set and working, once an offer gets completed the lock isn't transferring to the url. Which is a huge problem. Because It would mean I get the money but my fan don't get access. And I can't use a system like that. So could you help me figuring out what is going on?

I deactivate the button I did for my site for now, until it gets figure out.

I would like to say that I was using cpalead back in the days when my earnings is good with them until they decided not to credit my leads

I would have to partly support this claim. I managed to login into my old CPA Lead account. It was earning, but I also remember now that I stopped using them because something seemed incorrect in how I was being credited for some leads. I am willing to give them another go, their platform was fantastic and as a newbie at IM, I can say that it was easy to integrate with my niche at the time.

Companies change and evolve over time. Everyone deserves a second chance. For sure, I remember that after a while I was being deprived of many leads that had been independently verified.

Hi Brian,

We have an expansive FAQ if you're looking for information. However, if you need fast assistance and can't find the answer internally, please mark your support ticket "urgent".
We typically respond within 1 day. Skype is inefficient as there is no way to know who is asking first and questions expand into conversations. With our tickets, we move through in the order we receive inquiries.
