Sorry , we can provide only worldwide mixed.
Just to make sure I understand it, after a few minutes, I should get a new IP that is randomly assigned, correct? In the trial that I signed up to test your service, I did not observe any IP rotation throughout 60 minutes of trial. Is that normal? Do these proxies rotate IPs after a few minutes or not?

IP rotation works randomly, and you will get ip replaced once if its disconnected, and actually this happens between 10-20 min , the more ports you access the more chance to get fresh ips every few minutes.
On the test is just 6 ports/ips and it might be some UPTIME boxes you were accessing, this doesn't mean all our ports like that.
you can still try to buy some small package for a month and you must see the difference.

If so I dont get it. Basically if im unlucky and those 50 proxies on my 50 ports will refuse to die and will last for whole month then i will get 50 shared proxies for $100 huh?
Or some kind of rotation occures anyway no matter what say every X?

You will get always every few minutes fresh IPs for the 50 ports you are renting.
Our ips won't stay all month on same port, not even for 1 day, proxies keeps changing.
