With the forum update the url structure has been changed and looks a bit misleading now.

I had a flight back to the UK before you left. But it got delayed 22 hours apparently due to some bellends fighting on the incoming flight. I was not waiting in the airport that long, so I fucked off back home for a few weeks.

Blame the drunken bellends on the flight, not me.
 
As for the way he treats his customers: if they let him talk to them like that and they still buy from him, obviously they don't have a problem with his customer service. Would you really throw money at someone who tells you to fuck off if you were all that offended? No.
