Hi Yes you can get a vps with WHM/cPanel however if you will use it to send mass emails as you advised will break our TOS, we dont allow bulk email sending from our network (Email spam)

You were using a california address while your ip from florida, no wonder why its marked as fraud, so its not only a phone number issue its all bogus account details and order same like the claim here, also most clients who's having issue to place order would simply open a ticket and we do always help and 99% of the time our system is correct and its a fraud
