I am afraid we just sell it with no cPanel, however the cPanel license is $12.95/monthly though and we install it, optimize it and harden it free of charge. Also we do offer free migration if you are coming from a provider with cPanel

The Baseline Massive is located in Romania, you should be able to run Gsa ser with no issue on it, we have several clients using it with Gsa ser and never received any complains
