I can't think of any domain marketplace that processes payment using BTC. For this kind of payment method, your best bet will be selling the website privately and if the buyer wants your website so badly they may agree to pay you through BTC. Optionally, you could accept payment through the widely used PayPal or bank then convert funds to BTC.

Well you just have to be lucky that your buyer has Bitcoin. You can showcase your website on forums, and ask the higher bidder to pay you in Bitcoin. That's unless your website is very popular and it has to be featured on a proper website-selling website. Other than that, the option I mentioned is your way to go. I actually websites sold websites like this. Try Namepros for example.
