Without providing me screenshots I won't be able to identify the problem and help you further since the proxies pass our tests. Please check your proxies now, all of them should work. You can have your proxies replaced once per month, once you renew the order.

I notice that many of your IP's from a shared location have a pattern of 192.xxx.145.xx or 192.xxx.120.xx. My only question is that does this raise any flags if you have too many ip's for a certain patters accessing the same resources? If I buy a 100 proxies of the pattern 192.xxx.145.xx will they be black listed because they are too similar or is this a geolocation thing?

It better to have them from as different subnets as you can and we have over 20K shared proxies to chose from. Select them from as many subnets & locations and you should be good.
