How can I become a Junior VIP?

I want to make a sales thread here in BHW but it requires a Jr. VIP account. How can I achieve that?

Do I need to pay for that?

If I reach the posts requirement, does it instantly become a Jr. VIP?

The requirements for Jr vip is that you have to have 100 posts and then also pay the $97. You can't get it free

As far as posts are concerned, you simply need 100 posts in sections where your posts are counted in your message count (e.g., not the lounge). However, you can't just go and spam posts, which is where the "quality" part comes in.
